2012-2013 LBPW Board Elections
Per our bylaws, the following positions shall be elected in 2011 for a two year term (2012 and 2013):
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Certification Director
- Site Coordinator
- Secretary
- Cheer Director
- Auxiliary Director (Snack Bar & Merchandise Sales)
- Little Scholars Director
- Fundraiser Director

Election Process:
All candidates must have completed the attached nomination application and it must be RECEIVED by the President no later than midnight of October 26, 2011. Candidates may submit their application in one of the following ways:
By turning in to Coach Louie by hand, on the practice field of El Dorado Park
By Email at coach.louie@yahoo.com
Elections will be held the Thursday October 27, 2011 during practice and the results will be announced during the board of directors meeting on October 28, 2011.
Time Commitment & Expectations
Nominees are expected to completely understand the responsibilities associated with the position for which they are running and the time commitments involved. The typical board member should expect to spend between 1 to 5 hours per week on their responsibilities. In addition, all board members are required to attend the regularly scheduled board meetings. Board meetings shall be scheduled at least once a month in the months of December, January, February, March, April, May, and June. Board meetings shall be scheduled at least twice a month in the months of July, August, September, October, and November.
