WATER ONLY on the field (Playing field) (No Food Or Sports Drinks)
NO Parents on the field at anytime. Bleachers are only areas permitted for spectators.

Registration Information

ONLINE Registration Instructions

Please review these new registration instructions as we have switched from using Active / League One to now using Blue Sombrero.

Founded in 2002, Blue Sombrero is the leading provider of websites, registration, and league management tools for youth sports organizations. After partnering with Dick’s Sporting Goods, they are now able to offer all their services free of charge

If at any time after registering or logging in you need to get back to your account information to add or edit your children’s information the ‘My Account’ link will be available in the upper right

Step 1. Create a new account or login to an existing account.

Step 2. Make sure to fill out all the primary and secondary contact information. This information will be vitally important during the season to make sure the coaches and staff can get ahold of you as needed.

Step 3. Fill out all of your children’s information as participants. Please take the time to answer all of the questions in the form as we will be using this information when forming teams.

Step 4. Once you have your child’s information correctly entered you will be presented with the Divisions that your child is eligible for.

Step 5. After creating all of your participants and enrolling them in the appropriate Divisions, you will be able to checkout. Any applicable

discounts, payment plans, additional fees, will be displayed on the payment screen at checkout.

Step 6. Once your order is processed and payment is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. Thanks for choosing Long Beach Pop Warner.

Fundraising
Mandatory league fundraiser participation or option to buy out for $75.00.

Tackle Football
Includes picture package, spirit pack and trophy

Cheerleading/Dance
$475 Includes 2024 uniform, picture package, trophy. fee.

Returned Check Fee
A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks.

Registration Process
Bring the following items to registration:

Original and copy of Birth Certificate
Original and copy of Parent Driver's License
Proof of Residence (Current Utility Bill or Drivers License)
2 Current School Photo (within last 12 months)
Waiver for non-Long Beach residence, unless a Pop Warner program does not exist in the city you live in. OEC Waiver Form
3 copies of June 2024 report card will be required before 08/01

Participant must be present at registration to be fitted for jerseys or cheer apparel and to also sign the OEC contract. We will photo copy and return the original birth certificate to you at the registration table on site.

Scholastic Requirements
We must have grades from the entire 2023-2024 school year for each participant (except those who have not started school yet). If the participant changed schools during the year, then grades from each school attended must be provided. We have to have grades for the entire school year.
